ExpressPark Text Notifications: SMS Terms

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Program

Appleton Airport ExpressPark sends a transactional text message containing the valet key pickup code you need to retrieve your car keys from the key locker at the end of a valet transaction. This program sends no marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

You can opt in at the valet drop-off, where an attendant asks for your mobile number and reads the consent disclosure aloud; on this page, by entering your number and ticking the consent box; or by replying START to a previous message. Consent is optional and is never a condition of using the valet service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. A typical valet customer receives one to two messages per transaction, and receives nothing between visits.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. The airport does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Help and cancellation

Reply HELP for help or email expresspark@atwairport.com. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Because this program sends from a US toll-free number, your carrier handles cancellation and confirms it directly: NETWORK MSG: You replied with the word "stop" which blocks all texts sent from this number. Text back "unstop" to receive messages again. No further messages are sent after that. Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe.

If your number changes

You will not be held liable if you do not opt out before your mobile number changes or is transferred to someone else. Tell us at expresspark@atwairport.com and we will remove the number from the program.

Carriers

Compatible with major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to deliver these notifications. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. See the airport's Privacy Policy for how the airport handles your information.
